Employees will be entitled to receive the minimum wages specified in this chapter for hours of work within the city, excluding time spent in the city solely for the purposes of traveling through the city from a point of origin outside the city to a destination outside the city with no employment-related stops in the city other than for refueling, or for an employee’s personal meals or errands.
