In all cases where a tentative parcel map is requested; said map shall be based upon a field survey and the parcel map made in conformity with the Professional Land Surveyor’s Act and as outlined in Sections 20.24.160 and 20.24.220. (Ord. 1917 NCS §5 (part), 1993.)
