The map shall show fully and clearly what stakes; monuments or other evidence to determine the boundaries of the subdivision were found on the ground and each adjacent corner of each adjoining subdivision or portion thereof; by lot and block numbers; tract name or number; and place of record; by section; municipality and range; or other proper designation. Any monument or benchmark; as required by this chapter; that is disturbed or destroyed before acceptance of all improvements; shall be replaced by the subdivider.
