A parcel map subdivision shall conform to the standards specified in Chapters 20.28 and 20.32. A parcel map shall conform to the general plan; applicable specific plans and zoning ordinance; and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. (Ord. 1917 NCS §5 (part), 1993.)
