The subdivider shall file the tentative map and an application together with all information or documentation deemed applicable as specified by a form or forms prescribed by the planning department and such additional copies and data as may be required for each proposed subdivision. The planning director shall indicate upon all copies of the tentative map and accompanying data, the date of filing. The tentative map shall be deemed filed with the clerk of the planning commission pursuant to Government Code Section 66452 on the date in which a certificate of complete application is issued pursuant to Section 20.16.025.
