The board of building review may recommend amendments for any of the above cited codes to the city council. Such recommendation shall be in the form of a report and draft ordinance and shall be adopted by motion. Upon adoption, the recommendation shall be transmitted to the city clerk for presentation to the council. (Ord. 651 NCS §1; prior code §2.86.)
