17.08.040 Appeal—Additional comments and recommendations in writing or orally.

The appellant or any other interested person may submit, in writing, his comments and recommendations concerning the subject matter of the appeal.
The board may, at its discretion, permit the appellant or any other interested person to appear and make oral comments and recommendations on the subject matter of the appeal. (Ord. 651 NCS § 1; prior code §2.84.)
