11.52.170 Liability for damage caused.
This section is included in your selections.
Any person operating a vehicle subject to transportation permit requirements in the city shall be liable for and indemnify and hold the city harmless for any damage or liability to public facilities arising out of or related to the use of the vehicle in the city, including but not limited to:
A. Cost of repair or replacement of public facilities and/or property;
B. Cost of cleanup;
C. Administrative, staff and legal costs.
