There is established an advisory traffic committee to serve without additional compensation, consisting of the traffic engineer or a senior representative, a representative of the planning department, a representative of the police department, a representative of the public works department and a member of the city council. Designation of the staff representatives to serve shall be made by the respective supervising department head, with approval of the city manager.
