Subdivisions, new land uses and structures, and alterations to existing land uses and structures, shall be designed, constructed, and established in compliance with the requirements in Tables 4.6 through 4.13, in addition to the applicable standards (e.g., landscaping, parking and loading, etc.) in Chapters 11, 13, and 14.
