6.12.060 Use of searchlight, music, singing or other noise.

It is unlawful for any person conducting an auction sale, or employee, to use a searchlight or similar light, or to solicit or to permit the soliciting by music, singing or loud or unusual noises for the purpose of attracting the public to an auction sale.
