The city of Petaluma hereby renews the Petaluma tourism improvement district (PTID), for a ten-year life, beginning January 1, 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter, and ending ten years from its start date, under the provisions of the Property and Business Improvement District Law of 1994, as set forth in California Streets and Highways Code Section 36600 et seq.
