20.40.110 Report of city clerk to planning commission and city engineer.

The city clerk shall report the filing of such notice to the planning commission and the city engineer. A written report shall be submitted to the city council by the one whose decision; determination; or requirement is being appealed; not later than the date set for hearing the appeal.
