Where a park or a portion thereof is located within the boundaries of a new subdivision; the developer; through the agreement to construct public improvements; shall be required to provide all required improvements; and be reimbursed for the cost thereof from the fees collected from the subdivision or from other subdivisions in the same manner as set out for land reimbursement by Section 20.34.110. Those park improvements required by Section 20.34.060 may be constructed at a different time than other public improvements; upon consent of the city.
