Article IX. Nonresidential Subdivisions

The street and lot layout of a nonresidential subdivision shall be appropriate to the land use for which the subdivision is proposed; and shall conform to the proposed land use and standards established in the Petaluma general plan; the environmental design plans and the zoning ordinance.
