The title sheet of the map, below the title, shall show the name of the engineer or surveyor, together with the date of the survey, the scale of the map and the number of sheets. The certificates in Sections 20.24.290 through 20.24.350, acknowledgments and description shall appear on the title sheet of the final maps; and such certificates may be combined where appropriate.
