A preliminary soil report prepared by a civil engineer specializing in soil mechanics and registered by the state of California; based upon adequate test borings or excavations shall be submitted with the final map. The fact that a soil report has been prepared shall be noted on the final map in accordance with Section 11568 of the Map Act. (Ord. 1046 NCS §1 (part), 1972; prior code §22.6.206.)
