Any proposed lands to be retained in private ownership for community use shall be shown on the tentative map. When a subdivision contains such lands; the subdivider shall submit with the tentative map the proposed articles of incorporation of an owner’s or tenants’ organization legally empowered to own; maintain; and pay taxes on such lands.
