"Lot" means a parcel or portion of land, established for purposes of sale, lease, finance; division of interest or separate use, separated from other lands by description on a subdivision map; or parcel map. (Ord. 1046 NCS §1 (part), 1972; prior code Art. 22.2 (part).)
