Members of the tree advisory committee selected from the planning commission, recreation, music and parks commission, and the site plan and architectural review committee, shall serve until the thirtieth day of June after his/her appointment, and until a successor is appointed and qualifies, or until he/she ceases to be a member of the represented commission or committee, whichever occurs first. Terms of office for the other four members of the committee shall be two-year overlapping terms, and they shall serve until the thirtieth day of June or until his/her successor is appointed.
