The building official shall be the secretary of the board and shall keep permanent accurate records of all proceedings before the board and shall perform such administrative functions for the board as may be determined by the board. (Ord. 1976 NCS § 4, 1995; Ord. 651 NCS §1; prior code §2.79.)
