It is unlawful for any person to display for advertising purposes upon any billboards or advertising signboards; or upon or in any window; or upon any building or fence; or in any public place; any delineation of any nude human figure; or any other matter or thing of an indecent or immoral nature; or shocking or offensive to the moral sense.
