17.31.290 Building and property line setbacks.

Slopes shall be set back from buildings and property lines as shown on Figure 290-1:

1If the slope is flatter than five horizontal to one vertical; the required setback is two feet.
2If the slope is flatter than five horizontal to one vertical; and no drainage ditch is located in this area; the required setback is two feet otherwise use tabular value.
