In the case of planned community districts and planned unit districts as designated in Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 NCS as now or hereafter amended and which are outside fire zone No. 1, the fire zone designation shall be determined in accordance with the use to be engaged in upon the subject property as follows:

A. Uses which are to be commercial, industrial, or multifamily residential shall be considered to be in fire zone No. 2

B. Uses which are to be single-family residential or agricultural shall be considered to be in fire zone No. 3.
