There is established fire zone No. 1, the boundaries of which are described as follows:

Beginning at a point where the centerline of East Washington Street intersects the centerline of the Petaluma River; thence north along the centerline of such river to a point where the centerline intersects the eastern extension of the northeasternmost property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-284-13; thence west along such extension to, and continuing the length of the northeasternmost property line; thence southwest by west along the north property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-284-13; thence south by southeast a short distance; thence continuing southwest by west along the north property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-284-13 to the point of intersection with the southeast extension of the southwest property lines of County Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 6-163-22, 26, and 25; thence north by northwest along such extension and continuing the length of such property lines; thence southwest along the north property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-163-31; thence continuing in this direction to the point of intersection with the centerline of Petaluma Boulevard North; thence south by southeast along the centerline of Petaluma Boulevard North to a point where such centerline intersects with the centerline of Mary Street; thence generally west by southwest along the centerline of Mary Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Kentucky Street; thence continuing in this general direction to the north corner of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-275-23; thence southwest by west along the northwest property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-275-23 to the point of intersection with the centerline of the alley which divides County Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 6-275; thence south by southeast a short distance to the point of intersection with the northeastern extension of the southeast property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6275-11; thence southwest along such extension to and continuing the length of such property line; thence continuing in a straight line across Keller Street to the point of intersection with the north corner of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-274-24; thence southwest along the northwest property line of such parcel to the point of intersection with the east property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-274-25; thence northwest a short distance along such property line; thence west by southwest along the northwestern property line of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-274-25 a short distance to the point of intersection with the western right-of-way of the alley which runs northwest by southeast into County Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 6-274; thence north by northwest along such right of way to the southeast corner of County Assessor’s Parcel No. 6-274-7; thence west by southwest along the common property line of County Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 6-274-7 and 8; thence continuing in this direction to the centerline of Liberty Street; thence south by southeast along the centerline of Liberty Street to a point where such centerline intersects with the centerline of Western Avenue; thence east northeast along the centerline of Western Avenue to a point where such centerline intersects with the centerline of Kentucky Street; thence south southeast along the centerline of Kentucky Street to a point; said point also being the centerline of Fourth Street; thence east by southeast along the centerline of Fourth Street to a point where such centerline intersects with the centerline of "B" Street; thence north northeast along the centerline of "B" Street and continuing in this direction to the point of intersection with the centerline of the Petaluma River; thence west along the centerline of the Petaluma River, thence continuing north along this centerline to the point of intersection with the centerline of East Washington Street, the true point of beginning, more or less.
