A. Any application to operate, construct, install, upgrade, repair, modify or temporarily or permanently close a hazardous materials or hazardous waste facility, underground storage tank system or aboveground storage tank may be denied if it does not conform with applicable laws, regulations and this chapter.

B. Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked for cause. Cause shall be any violation of this chapter or any violation of the provisions of laws or regulations listed in Section 17.21.010(C).

C. The suspension or revocation of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter, shall not preclude the imposition of any other penalty prescribed by this chapter or the prosecution of any violation of this chapter.
