A. Any aggrieved applicant may appeal a determination of the building official regarding the application of the provisions of this chapter to a development project.

B. Appeals must be filed in writing with the building official not later than fourteen days after the date of the determination by the building official.

C. Appeals shall state the reason(s) for the appeal and include any pertinent supporting materials.

D. Appeals shall be considered by the building board of appeals at a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 17.08.
