No person shall take still, motion, or sound pictures for commercial purposes on the airport without permission from the airport manager. Exception: This section shall not apply to representatives of the press and other news services reporting on persons or events which are on the news excepting that all such persons must obtain permission from the airport manager prior to entrance on any of the airport operations area.
