The city will comply with public participation requirements of 40 CFR Part 25 in the enforcement of national pretreatment standards. The city will annually provide public notification in a newspaper of general circulation that provides meaningful public notice within the jurisdiction served by the POTW of all industrial users which at any time during the previous twelve months were in significant noncompliance as defined in Section 15.44.020 with applicable pretreatment requirements.
