Discharges of wastewater in any manner in violation of this part (Chapters 15.44 through 15.76), applicable federal or state regulations or any order issued by the city as authorized by this chapter, are hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the city. Any person creating a public nuisance shall be subject to the provisions of Chapters 1.10 through 1.15 of the city code. (Ord. 2282 NCS §3 (part), 2007.)
