13.32.110 Permit issuance.

The chief of police shall issue the special events permit once the application has been approved, and the applicant has agreed in writing to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit, and the following sections of this chapter have been complied with:
A. Section 13.32.120 (pertaining to indemnification);
B. Section 13.32.130 (pertaining to insurance);
C. Section 13.32.140 (pertaining to cleanup deposits);
D. Section 13.32.150 (pertaining to traffic control fees).
