A. No person, other than authorized city personnel, shall release any fish or fowl in Lucchesi Park unless written permission has been obtained from the director of parks and recreation of the city of Petaluma.

B. Notice of this section shall be posted at Lucchesi Park by signs in compliance with those signs posting closing hours as specified in Section 13.28.200(B) and C.

C. A violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable of a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by both such fine - and imprisonment.
