The city council may, by resolution, adopt such additional rules and regulations as it determines are necessary to operate and manage the turning basin, waterways and/or marina. Such additional rules and regulations may provide for additional time of day, pollution control, use and area, operation and maintenance, or berthing restrictions. All such rules and regulations shall be conspicuously posted in a location convenient to turning basin, waterways and/or marina users. Copies of rules and regulations shall be available at the public works office. No person shall use any portion of the turning basin, waterways and/or marina except as authorized by such rules and regulations. Any violation of a posted and adopted regulation is a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 1793 NCS §1 (part), 1990.)
