This section establishes rules and regulations for use of the turning basin, waterways and/or marina. Particular consideration is given by this chapter to restrict the commercial berthing areas of the turning basin for commercial fishing vessels from the period of October 1 to April 30. From the period of May 1 to September 30, more berthing space shall be available for use by transient vessels. (Ord. 1793 NCS §1 (part), 1990.)
