To avoid confusion as to the permissible location of buildings, structures or uses of land where the provisions of this article must be added to provisions of the zoning ordinance or other ordinances, the term "setback" or "building setback" includes the total of all requirements of this chapter and the zoning ordinance or other ordinances when applicable.
