11.72.360 Clinging to moving vehicles.

No person riding or operating a bicycle in the city shall cling or attach himself or his bicycle to any other moving vehicle or streetcar, or person in any other vehicle. (Ord. 475 NCS § 15.5; prior code §6.38.)
