The operator of a bicycle emerging from an alley, driveway, bicycle lane, bicycle path or otherwise approaching upon a sidewalk or a sidewalk area extending along such alley, driveway, bicycle lane or bicycle path shall yield the right-of-way to all pedestrians approaching on said sidewalk or sidewalk area, and upon entering a bicycle lane or path shall yield the right-of-way to all bicycles approaching on said lane or path, and upon entering a roadway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles or bicycles approaching on said roadway.
