Within ten days after any bicycle licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall have been dismantled and taken out of operation, the information shall be reported to the chief of police by the person in whose name the bicycle has been registered. Upon dismantling, the licensee shall turn in his license plate to the chief of police. (Ord. 475 NCS §19; prior code §6.20.)
