11.72.030 Alteration of serial numbers and license plates.

No person shall wilfully remove, destroy, mutilate or alter the manufacturer’s serial number or the city police serial number, if any, on any bicycle frame, nor shall any person remove, destroy, mutilate or alter any license plate during the period in which the license plate is operative.
