No person shall operate within the city a motor vehicle equipped with and using a sound amplifying device, loudspeaker and/or public address system which is audible for more than fifty feet from the centerline of the vehicle except in conformance with the noise regulations established in the City of Petaluma Implementing Zoning Ordinance, Section 21.040.A, or successor ordinance or resolution.
