10.20.010 Consumption in public.
This section is included in your selections.
It is unlawful for any person to consume any intoxicating beverage upon or in any public street, alley, lane, public park or other public place in the city with the following exceptions:
A. Beer, malt liquor, ale and wine may be consumed in public parks between the hours of ten a.m. and sunset of any day.
B. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in parks or other public facilities where authorized by the public owner thereof, and where any necessary license for the sale of said beverages is obtained from the state.
