That certain code entitled "Petaluma Municipal Code," three copies of which are on file with the city clerk, is adopted as the "Petaluma Municipal Code" and may be cited as such. Said code on file with the city clerk is adopted by reference as if incorporated herein and set forth in full, and is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article VII, Section 53 of the Petaluma City Charter.
