A. Where allowed by Section 2 (the Zoning Map), and Section 3 (Building Function Standards), the land uses and activities covered by and activities covered by 4.80.020 through 4.80.030 shall comply with the requirements applicable to the specific use, in addition to all other applicable provisions of this Code.

B. Each land use covered by this Section shall also obtain any required planning permit or other City approval required by Section 3 of this Code.

C. In the event of any conflict between the requirements of this Section and those of Section 4 (Urban Standards), the requirements of this Chapter shall control.
