The disposal of sludges, spent chemicals and hazardous materials generated shall be done in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances including: Section 405 of the Clean Water Act (CWA); Subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); and Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 30 of the California Administrative Code.
