Wastewater may be discharged into community sewers for collection, treatment, and disposal by the POTW; provided, that such wastewater discharge is in full compliance with this part (Chapters 15.44 through 15.76), local limits and the conditions of any wastewater discharge permit; and further provided, that the user pays all applicable city sewer fees and charges including any penalties or charges assessed under this part.
