For the purposes of this chapter, the word "bicycle" shall be defined as a device upon which any person may ride, propelled by human power through a belt, chain or gears, and having either two or three wheels in tandem or tricycle arrangement. (Ord. 475 NCS §1; prior code §6.1.)
