10.44.020 Minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may play pool.

The provisions of Section 10.44.010 shall not apply to any minor renting the pool or billiard table when the minor is accompanied by his or her parent or his or her court appointed guardian. (Ord. 1694 NCS §1, 1987.)
