A. The amounts of the penalties for code violations imposed pursuant to this chapter shall be set forth in a schedule of penalties established by resolution of the city council.

B. The schedule of penalties shall specify any increased penalties for repeat violations of the same code provision by the same person or responsible party.

C. The schedule of penalties shall specify the amount of any late payment charges imposed for the payment of a penalty after its due date.
